“One World Institute” together with NGO’s “Youth For the World” (Georgia) & “Keep the
Change" (Latvia) initiates an ERASMUS+ Youth Exchange “L(EARN)!”.
Being good at school, work & studies doesn’t indicate whether you will be successful in
your marriage & other relationships, whether you will become a good parent, how well will
you manage your money & whether you will be a responsible member of the society. Idea
of our project is to understand our own emotions & separate reality from what we see on
social media. If we look back at the last 20 years we can see how much has changed in the
workplace & the world. We need to be comfortable with the idea of change & be willing to
adapt to the changes around us in order to become a competitive in the fast changing labor
market.
During our project we will learn how to become a better leader, how to accept our emotions
how to do self assessment and learn from our failures, how to set goals & manage our
precious time and how to develop critical thinking.
